Hey does your cat happen to meow really weirdly and might be pretty old by now? Because I live in Pittsburg and I saw a cat and I knew it used to have a collar but it was gone and the poor thing was all skinny :'( I fed it though

@Dryleafswarrior Yes he meows weirdly, but he's not that old, he would be around 5 now.
