As soon as I hear "Awakened by a stewardess with Spain somewhere below" I can not help but get emotional, Goosebumps and all. SO it begins a new adventure. I wish Jimmy Many more trips to the Far side of the world, and hope to have a few more of my own. God Bless and Thanks Jimmy!

i first saw JB at the Cosmic Cowboy concerts in houston...early 70s. he walked out on stage in a cowboy outfit and said "hi, i'm jimmy buffett and i've got my charlie dunn boots on." he's led a pretty amazing life.

JB is the real deal. I almost met him one time. We had landed on Marthas Vinyard around 2AM to do a Medivac. Our pilots, busy with paperwork in the FPO sent him out to check out our plane while we were waiting for the ambulance to arrive. I had my head up the tail end of our plane changing out the drogue chute and the other crew were busy and did not recognize him.

He is very wisely wasting the money we spend on his music.
