As much as I love Gerry Rafferty- I gotta say that the happy, fun loving looking cat pretending to be him in this video, Joe Egan, got royally screwed by the man. Tis a shame I say. All ol' Joe wanted was a sweet band...and he had one for about 3 seconds! Gerry Rafferty must have been the only guy on earth who sounded like he was smiling when he was singing, but really wasn't.
