it's impossible to comment on the quality without HD. maybe you should try to re-upload it? i don't understand youtube's HD system.. how are we seeing videos in the right resolution, but in lower quality?
shouldn't it be that we see it in low-res or HD-res?
anyway, i had an HD link show up last night within a few minutes of uploading.
