I did it and now I am sore, cool workout. I have my MMA class do it for about 30 sec 3 sets with 15 sec rest in between and make them do it balls out with the other workout I have them doing.

Wow, I've been doing mountain climbers for years but I've always used them as kind of a splits type exercise. Trying to push my pelvis closer to the ground and get more mobility out of my hips. This way makes a lot more sense. Thanks for posting this! Didn't Frank train with Fujiwara?

Truthfully, nobody ever made the gay comment until I posed this clip here. Frank's really just demonstrating the positioning for the move, and you'd only be there for a second. I'm not sure of the ages of some of the posters, but some of them appear to be very insecure about their sexuality. If you know you're not gay, who gives a rat's patoot?

But normally it's not done like this. He shows you the drill, and he only assumes that position to show the application. You wouldn't practice it eye to crotch with another guy.
