When doing the job you should feel comfortable. You can wear just about anything as long as you have the proper ID and credentials. I wear civilian clothing to blend in. Because your going to have a jacket with Bail Enforcement that should be the only uniform you wear. Now the pays not bad but you have to collect it based on the Bounty or Warrant.

Different states have different laws. In California you have to be a peace officer to apprehend bail jumpers for instance. I work in Colorado and though it is not illegal it is frowned upon to wear full gear like this. Most of the succesful agents in Colorado don't carry firearms and I persoally carry a badge and handcuffs nothing more. If you have weapons you may be inclined to use them and this is an easy way to get arrested yourself. Being an agent is like a huge grey area.

"Bounty Hunters" walk a very fine legal line. On these bounty hunter tv shows, you always see them threatening people, demanding that people talk to them and answer questions. My brother and I got in a brawl with these three PUNK "bail enforcement" cocksuckers when they came to our apt demanding to search the place for some guy that lived there 2 YEARS before we lived there. I believe you get 10% of the bounty working for an agency, the minimum bond they hunt is 10 g's so thats 1000$ dollors, it could differ between states though. its a pretty shitty job cause everyone's hating on you not just the criminal's but cops, other civilians, the courts, lawyers. so that might give you an idea plus your putting your life on the line and not even guarenteed pay.
