you dont HAVE to use paypal u can pay other ways too

Sure, there are other ways to pay, but using paypal is recommended for safety purposes.

i don't think there was other options other than just paypal. I recently bought something else from paypal and that was the only option available.

hey CollectiveChaos i received my 120 eyeshadow palette this morning by Chic.Gallery and i recieved it with a couple eyeshadows broken so i wanted to know how do i contact the person to tell them i want a new one

I know I'm not CollectiveChaos, but... I believe you'd go through ebay and get their email and inform them of the situation. They're usually really nice about it and will send another one. If you didn't pay for insurance, in her case she didn't and she had to pay for the insurance, which was like $6 and they sent her another one. :)

i received my pallette this morning and most of the colours are bokrn i payed for insurance but the wrapping couldnt save a nut if it had too. ive emailed them...but do i have to showteh damage in pictures???

i'm not sure if you HAVE to....

but..

it really helps to show proof of the damage.

esp since you paid for insurance, it shouldn't be a problem to get a new one free...
