  • @7:06 the fuck was that?!

  • I saw the pic of the double violin, but how is it played? Does he play on one neck and music is played an octave below electronically on the nex below

    ?

  • Wowww... this just takes you to a whole kind of other dimension. Just discovered this artist and I'm glad I did.

  • i don't know much but i think that deep meditation makes this music.... i can just hear the peace from it that is coming from the player.

  • Amazing, beautiful, complex, completamente fuera de serie!!

  • One of my favorite songs. This put me at ease and not deal with the day to day frustration in New York City

  • LS, if you are reading this, you should know your music is beyond any comparison. I'm a mridangist, a jazz lover and a physicist. It is my life's dream to see you perform live. Ever thought of a Carnatic concert in Syracuse University, New York? There is Setnor School of Music here, and I hope they can make arrangements for your concert. Show mercy on this fan of yours!

  • I have heard this piece so many times since 2005 when I first heard it. Redefined music for me. I used to play the Ghatam to this running on my stereo system. L Shankar is GOD on the violin. What a genius! Am sad, that he doesn't release albums like this anymore. I consider him my Guru. He taught me how to appreciate music through his albums. I learnt all my drumming by simply following the intricate Talam's and Nadai's in his albums. Zakir and Vikku are the geniuses who completed the picture.
