This in itself will not help u lose the "nasty stuff"... sure it will help to tone the obliques, but in order to lose the fat and actually see them, you gotta eat the right stuff and do adequate cardio (sitting on the bike hardly moving ur legs, doesn't count). And a good strength training program will help considerably as well... You can do it. It just takes some work, like anything worth acomplishing i guess :) Good luck.
Lol, screw him, it depends im a guy but just could understand women well ill atleast try but if you been exercising before your period then you should exercise on your period but lightly, if your period hurts a lil to much then save the exercise until your period feels better, maybey your period will feel better in a couple of hours or later on? so then thats when you could do the exercise.
