@paymanmktr well I lived there for a year dumbfuk and basically everyone in the south is afraid of the police who run a big protection racket because they can throw anyone in jail for as long as the want without any reason. they're ruled by northerners who most people don't like because they work in big air conditioned yellow buildings with holidays and pay and bribe money while everyone else ekes out an existence and will tell you so if they trust you.
