I really like the part of the song where she sings about dying since the day they were born.. That is the part I wait for when I hear this song. It is such a cool concept. I am not so sure if a guy can pull this song off though.I enjoy when I hear this song comes on the radio,I am not so sure I would enjoy singing it though.Need to do a bit more research into the lyrics. But I tell ya if I ever want to learn how to play it, this is going to be the first and last place I need to go. Thanks!
@CRAIGARRR well I understand what you mean by learning the strumming, it's something that I also have problems with. I know some of my lessons are kind of lame that's why I only claim to teach the chords and nothing else. It has helped me with my playing because I practice more than I have in the past. I hope you like my 'Hello" lesson, I think it's ok but I wish I could have also taught the whole 'solo' part of the song especially since it's my fav. part. Take care and good luck.
@lkess55 I think the way that you taught it is the best way to do it.For me to say it is easy to play, lol well I am just getting my strumming and switching chords down and am finally feeling the groove on how to keep strumming.A beginner needs to know the down,up,up,down ,ups.problem is, if it does not come natural(my case)there is no way to teach someone the groove.(private lessons maybe). Finally after a year of frustrations I found it myself. That said..I am off to try your Hello lesson again.
@CRAIGARRR thanks for both of your comments, and to solve your problem of singing the song you can always play it and have mom, sister or g/f sing it for you :) anyway good luck with your playing and thanks for taking the time to comment.
Took me a long time to figure out which chord Lisa Loeb was playing on C2 and Cm. Thanks for the info.
