Frank Shamrock was a badass in his prime. Dude had to retire to get a "real" job because UFC at the time didn't pay much. He beat everyone including a young prime Tito Ortiz and retired for a short while.
Great video, its always hard to make a video like this because its so opinionated and you might leave someone out. My list, not final though 1) Fedor 2) Wanderlei 3) Gomi 4) Anderson Silva 5) Big Nog 6) GSP 7) Hughes 8) Liddell 9) Torres 10)BJ Penn
I have a few disagreements, but I'll just mention one major one. Jens Pulver should NOT be anywhere close to the top 10, especially on a list without Nogueira and GSP and Penn. Nogueira and GSP and Penn all deserve to be in the top ten for sure. I like Pulver but it's absurd to put him above those guys, and there are others ahead of him as well.
The guy is probably the second best heavyweight of all times and he is not in your top 10? His early domination in Pride should put him in the top 5 easily.
lol I know, and its something I have tried to correct over time, it is very hard, "UM" is probably the most overused word phrase in the English language.
I don't like Matt Hughes, but this list is 'most dominant in their prime'. It's incomplete without Hughes somewhere near the top.
Fedor, Hughes, and Yamamoto were/are frighteningly dominant. Put them in the order of your choice, but 'most dominant in their prime' defines these blokes.
Anderson, Wanderlei, Torres, Gomi, etc. We could argue for ages about the next two spots. There are a lot of great fighters who deserve inclusion.

I like that you mention Royce Gracie, I feel that a lot of people overlook him when it comes to this topic.

lol yep thats another one that shouldve been on there, its hard when you are limited to top 5, or even top 10, GSP should have been on there too.
