Well I can see that is correct with regard to this generation.
With mine it is untrue.

It would be nice if the constitution was actually interpreted as being applicable to human individuals.
But that would be a fantasy wouldn't it?
We should consider ourselves fortunate if we are simply allowed to be left alone and die without too much hardship.
It seems to me the government has other plans.
