The only valid form is the cert of live birth, which he has already produced. He has produced the necessary documents for the job and is under no obligation to produce any more. And frankly, seeing as his 43 predecessors didn't need to provide any more proof, I don't see why he should.

The Main political divid in America is not republican and democrat, but idealist and realists. the republican party is falling because unlike the democrat party, it's idealist minority alienate it's realist majority.

It doesn't matter if Obama was born in Hawaii or not. His father was a foreigner. Children, at the time of Obama's birth who had a foreign parent had DUAL CITIZENSHIP. You can become a full-fledged NATURALIZED CITIZEN, but naturalized citizens CAN NOT BECOME PRESIDENT, only NATURAL BORN with two American parents. You could have cameras in Hawaii while little Barry Soetoro was being born with proof beyond belief he was born in Hawaii, and that still wouldn't make him eligible to be pres.

The wealthy do not have to keep their businesses as taxes and health insurance are raised and demanded of them. There is no law on the books requiring the wealthy to employ you. They can pull their money out of the banks... buy Gold... and sit on it. Our founding fathers stated in our document that dual citizenship is not allowed in one to be a US President... this averts dual loyalties.

The Supreme Court in 2000 voted to stop the recount before it was finished, not to let the results stand. They voted to stop the recount and award the Electoral College votes for Florida to Bush. The oversees votes were never even opened due to the Supreme Court's decision. Is there anything you have ever learned that is the truth.

No, they did not declare it illegal; they decided that it violated the 14th Amendment's Equal Protection Act. The idea was that, since each county in FL had its own standards for deciding what was a valid vote, there would be no Equal Protection. The Gore team argued that this would be the case not only in FL but in all States and that the Court's ruling would have to apply across the board.

Perhaps all of this could have been avoided if the GOP had done the honorable thing and not allowed Katherine Harris to oversee the election given her obvious bias. Her actions were criminal and tainted the election results.
