@snoopythegorila dude its in Euros. 450 euros is like 700 bux american so he didn't get a deal rly. and he paid 350 euros for the kp3 which goes for 300 here so yea
hello i would like to make some dnb myself tried with reason 3.0 but got totally crazy using the computer.i want to buy hardware (drum machine etc.)could i have some advice from u what dj hardware should i buy as a start? would be helpfull
i ahve an identical setup im gettign buzzing form my emx to kaos pad, what cables do you suggest? or is there another way you get around this problem?
take 2 normal jack and 2 rca jack and do it for yourself... it's the better way and you can decide the size of the cable...i've made 50 cm.....really nice and cheap :)
it starts from the korg emx...i create my song then i record other synths or sample some vocals in the sp555 for enlarge the parts to play...the audio set is this: emx--->kp3--->sp55
thanks for the interest man, if you like it...rate it! ;)
thats real legit. how flexible is the sp555 in terms of midi output? cause i was thinking of getting a setup that uses the sp555 as some ppl use a padkontrol, for cue point storage/triggering in ableton etc, but also i was wondering if the 555 is capable of all the 'drum machine' kinda things the padkontrol is in terms of making beats/loading drumsounds into the pads etc. it seems as if youre using the electribe for more of the drum sound stuff, which i guess is intuitive, but can the sp do it?
i can't answer you 'cause i don't use the 555 linked via midi to the emx....i play it live....and if you want to record drum parts by pressing pads it's really shitty...the sp 555 it's good only for 3 or 4 effects and the possibility to record the sample by the "loop capture" mode...nothing else...if you need a good sampler choose the mpc...
really cool! I almost have the same setup. Went with the mc 808 instead of the sp 555 though. Wish I would have saved the money and went with an easier sampler. It gets confusing, but its all beat box fun in the end.
No way bro! you workin the emx-1, Korg Kaos pad and the Roland sp 555.
MAAAD BWOY!

wow .. genious!
do you play the voice samples with the .. uuhm .. 555? cus i've got the kp and emx and they are not able to do this xD
is the "little brother" 404 able to play samples which are as long as the vocals on this video?
if u don't understand me - tell me and i will try to ask you in *better* english xD
hanfbrot 2 years ago
i understand you dude...
i don't know if the 404 is able to play long samples...
try to cut the long samples in 4 pieces for the kp and play it in sequence...
better way: ABLETON...
