Sorry guys, but the kiss hasn´t aired!! The network feared the reaction of the (conservative) public and simply edited it. What´s in the video it´s all there is, it´s from the last episode. Gay people all around the country were sooo outraged they almost burned down the network!! =)

they weren't boath cowboys, only the one with the hat (obviously :P), he was a "peão" (Portuguese for "cowboy"), the other one was a fashion student in São Paulo (i think) who was spending some time at that "peões" town - "Boiadeiros".

It was a scandall the fact that they didn't show the final kiss on tv, but i think that here in Portugal they passed it. :P

I remember, Brazil STOPPED to watch the final episode of 'America', many people curious to see the gay kiss that Globo had promised, that would close the relationship the soap opera had created between Zeca and Júnior. Everybody was let down, though, when the scene was deleted. Lots of brazilian gays went to the front of the presidential palace and kissed, as a protest to homophobia and censorship.

This are just bits from a brazilian soap opera called "America" that became very popular in Brazil but at the end the TV bosses decided to exclude the scene where the two guys finaly kiss and that made the entire brazilian gay community very angry indeed.
