hit up some of those places today :) there's a building project with a roofed "corridor" there where you can climb up and get on top of the roof. really cool spot, even if its not really parkour.

@SethGlasscock well look up types of tricks to learn, but first and most important. find a freerunning buddy, its dangerous to do it alone. a list of things u shud practice or look up that i can remmeber off the top of my head is (basics) vaults, balance, cat hang, and wall run (at least a plant(one step)). (intermediate) kong, 360, 180/ reverse cat, and precision (hard) double kong, king kong, precision above ground, wall flip, 3 step wall run

@parkourtube1222 It's the vholdr countour hd. I got it on ebay for $150 and made my own velcro-ish head mount out of something I had at home.
