  • sounds killer!

  • That is just rocking man keep it up.

  • svensk? sounded like that in the beginning :P eh den har börjat! :) sweden FTW!!!

  • @ojlurk Svensk?.....javisst!...när man väl ha börjat.....var arg och svor rätt bra...men allt kom inte med,

  • Yeah, that's how a B3 rock organ should look... scratched all over :)

    Nice sound btw

  • Not just "Smoke on the water", but I think the intro to "Space Truckin" in there aswell - Great job

  • too slow, but very good :))

  • man, youre good

  • Jon Lord, eat your sandwich... play some EMERSON man...!

  • @noddyspuncture you mean 123873t465 notes per second? No thanks. Emerson is great and everything but Jon Lord is more fun.

  • Nice, a song about a Frank Zappa concert. Frank is legend.

  • Yeah, that's the Beast :)

  • Most excellent...!!! DUDE..!!

  • Awesome!

  • FUCKIN AWESOME , DUDE!!!!!!

  • @brodelscheisse thansk!...I do some new sone...

  • @svinhola Nice ;)

  • Give us some more!

  • @mcpharter yes!...I do some new sone.....!!!

  • Wonderful!

  • @awaken77 Correct, he primarily used Marshall amps until 1973 or 1974 when he switched to more conventional Leslies.

  • Are you using a pedal?

  • @sabinemurphy no...I dont use any pedal

  • wow I never thought one can do that with a hammond. I like it

  • That guitar amp effect is awesome :D

  • de e va ja kallar OVERDRIVE!

  • Fy fan vad gött, bara att höra detta!

  • You nailed the tone dude. I do it now with the NAtive Instruments B4. It's real real real close and only ways about 2 pounds

  • It my be close in your studio or at home, but on stage: forget it. There it´s not even a substitute...

  • das ist cool....!

  • No doubt JL had his own sound. Keith Emerson had his C-3 and Leslies also with Hi-Watt amps but not quite like Lord's sound. Rick Wakeman had his Hammonds also through speakers and he has his sound. John Lord came up with a sound to compete and compliment Ritchie Blackmore's Heavy Metal Guitar.

  • @alcatras4 lee michaels ran 16 leslies, and 16 marshalls. loud as hell

  • That's what I'm talking about! Rock on!

  • ya its great

  • Tøft! Sånn skal det låta. :-) Lord is king.

  • damn dude turn down your mic gain

  • This is to illustrate that enough is never enough an too much is just right. Jon is bypassing the leslie and tries to rape your sence of hearing by going straight into an amp. Awesome.

  • @Activethrasher00

he wants his organ to sound like this, cause that's nearly the sound of john lords organ (hammond player of deep purple)

  • Du KAN!!!!

  • Jag vet!!

  • Bra jobbat!Kom upp till oss och spela vetja!

  • FANTASTIIIIIIICCCCCC!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Great playing Dude! As to Jon Lord, he had a custom made (Switch Box) that would transfer his B-3's signal back and forth from either a Marshall Amp or a Leslie. (You can see it in any of the old D.P. Live videos, Duct Taped on the upper left side of his Hammond!

  • yes...just like that....

  • bravo........ bravissimo!!!!!!!

  • + speed

  • very good playin and very good sound.

    you rock.10 stars for you.

  • cool

  • Great straight sound a'la Made In Japan!

  • cool man!

  • What guitar amp are you using?

  • Home made amp. Just volum, bas and treble. I have use Fender amp some time. But not in this clip.

  • Very nice, love it. Could you please tell me what drawbar settings you are using?

  • Full drawbars on 16´, 5 1/3´, 8´ and 4´ . Same on lower.

  • Thanks! I used those settings on my B3 to see if it would sound like yours even though you went through a Guitar Amp in this clip. The Leslie w/PR-40 Tone Cabinet sounded the same and I had to be careful with the volume because the windows and other things were rattling. LOL!! Sounds really good playing "Smoke on the Water." Thanks again!!

  • Dude Freakin' Unbelievable. That is the sound. Deep Purple Rules.

  • how did you make the beast, trough a guitar amp?

  • Yes. In this clip I use a guitar amp.

  • Aah, jag körde i rätt tonart. XD

  • Awesome! Thanks

  • YEAAAAA nice one :)

  • YEeaaH!! Kick ass !! Svenskar??

  • Thanks...Svensk?...självklart!!
