Horrible. I've gotta hand it to you though, incredible movement artifacts and compressions. By the way, you did a great job with the specificness of the time of death. Horrible. Just horrible.
0:18 those were movement artifacts. and when they started compressions, there would've been a waveform on the monitor, as well as when they defibrilated the patient. At least get those thing right, I mean they're easy to imitate even if you're not compressing a guys chest. you could loosen the electrode connectivity and tap onto the electrode site, (with the leads on of course) that will look like ur actually compressing someones chest, at least it worked for me.shows like this better improve
HELLLOOOOOO people this is done by a CHURCH for EASTER....it is intended to allude to the fact that Christ is Risen...but then we all know that Easter is TRULY a convenient time because it's the damn spring solstice...and bunnies and eggs have NOTHING to do with the Christian religion...I am offended by this bullshit...and the entire scenario is lame...made the trained responders in our office laugh hysterically...
The Pulse oximeter reads a percentage of oxygen that binds to hemoglobin on red blood cells. Usually 95% and above is the acceptable norm. 10 Liters refers to the amount of oxygen the patient is recieving.
Because they have not a clue about the matter they pretend to show. There is not even any effort to cardiopulmonary resuscitation cognizable in the video since they already knew he will resurge. It's the problem to remain plausible while believing to know everything yet as the Bible is being arrogated to provide but you can see clearly how much they really know.
im only 12 but i know alottttt about medical stuff. my family is a family of doctors. seriously, they dont just shock you twice and if your heart doesnt respond, they pronounce you dead!
The pulse oximeter measures a percentage of oxygen that attaches to the hemoglobin of red blood cells. Usually 95% is acceptable in a healthy person. So, if you lose blood, you will also have a decrease in the pulse oximeter reading. Less blood= decreased oxygen attached to blood= decreased pulse ox reading.
Sorry Kevin69, that is not true. Oxygen saturation is represented as a percentage, which is the fraction of oxygenated blood against the total blood in the body. If you lose volume, you will stil be oxygenating 95-100% of your remaining volume unless you have a ventilation/perfusion mismatch.
lidocaine is used as an antidysrhythmic. It surpresses PVC's, and can increase the V-fib threshold. Used in V-tach and some V-fib. For cardiac arrest, normally used 1.5 mg/kg IV/IO or 3.0mg/kg by ETT, maximum 2 doses. But thats probably more than you ever wanted to know :P
dude wut do u mean cracked him??? and what would bypass surgery do they do that when ur dead! not alive they should hav givven him a "cbc" shot in the vein and then shock him!
a "cbc" shot in the arm? CBC stands for COMPLETE BLOOD COUNT meaning how many white blood cells there are. it does NOTHING to improve heart rate or bring someone back from asystole(flatline). They could have given him a shot of EPI or Atropine which are drugs to speed up the hearrate. And yes, they should've cracked him which means they would have opened his chest to gain access to his heart, which is done when there is too much blood loss. You obviously have no idea what your talking about.
and PS. Once a person has flatlined, shocking them does nothing at all. Chest compressions, intubation and treatment with the appropriate drugs is the first step.
this was too dramatic, they act like some rookies that have never worked a code before. if you're not the one coding... dont act like a rookie ! calm, cool and collected demeanor keeps the continuity of mental and physical performance of algorythms from BLS to ACLS
I needed this sound effect forever with the paramedics talking!! your the best man appreciate it!!!

What were the other people talking about in the background?
Could you tell me what those other people were saying?
I heard someone say, after no readable pulse, You'll go to the corner and you'll see it on your left side.
If you could someone, could you try to tell me what they were talking about?
THANKS!

GOOD VIDEO, Only, YOU DO NOT shock in ASYSTOLE.
GOOD VIDEO THOUGH.

YOU DO NOT SHOCK IN ASYSTOLE..
DO NOT SHOCK THE PERSON IF HE IS ASYSTOLE......
WHY?
BECAUSE IT WILL NOT WORK.
They should have HAD THE PULSE OXIMETER ALARM ON.
They shouldn't have shocked TWO times than quick.
They shouldn't have shocked him at all.
THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE SHOCKED HIM AT ALL WHILE HE WAS IN ASYSTOLE.
1992peter 4 years ago
Why is there no pulse oximeter alarm?
The patient is asystole.
YOU DO NOT repeat, DO NOT shock in asystole.

YOU DO NOT SHOCK THE PATIENT IF THEY ARE IN ASYSTOLE. YOU ONLY SHOCK THEM IF THEY ARE IN V-FIB OR V-TACH.
WHY WAS THE PATIENT SHOCKED IN ASYSTOLE?
AND WHERE IS A PULSE OXIMETER?
1992peter 4 years ago
YOU DON'T SHOCK ON ASYSTOLE! Only Defibrillate on ventricular fibrillation or pulseless Ventricular tachycardia!
elleee111 4 years ago
OHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I see.
So than how did the church do it?
It looks so real.
But I do admit that there was no pulse oximeter alarm.
I only heard the ECG alarm.
And ya don't shock someone in ASYSTOLE.
Ya only shock them when they are in V-FIB.

I've got a question.
Why is there only ONE alarm?
I heard a person say the pulse ox was 92 on 10 leaders.
Explain this to me.
1992peter 4 years ago
The Pulse oximeter reads a percentage of oxygen that binds to hemoglobin on red blood cells. Usually 95% and above is the acceptable norm. 10 Liters refers to the amount of oxygen the patient is recieving.
itsKevin69 3 years ago
How often do you check your responsed? I have not recieved an answer?
I only heard one alarm.
There should have been a pulse ox alarm.
I know he was on a pulse ox because I heard him say that his pulse ox was 97.

Nonetheless they're right about that the death and resurrection of Jesus actually is just the first historically survived instance of apparent death.
zjgodnmi 3 years ago
The only beep I can hear is the ECG. The pulse oximeter should have a beep too if the heart has stopped.
It's asystole too.
You do not shock the patient unless it's A-Fib, V-TACH, or V-Fib
1992peter 4 years ago 2
A-fib can't be shocked...
OnlyAshRemains15 4 years ago
Yes, A-fib can be shocked. It is called cardioversion. It is usually done with new onset A-fib < 48 hours.
itsKevin69 3 years ago
I knew that CBC stood for blood count when I was about 8 or 9.
Did you know that PEEP stands for Positive End Expiratory Pressure?
LOL
It's used for Mechanical ventilation?
Could you post a video on another CODE but this time shock the person when he's in V-FIB or Ventricular Fibrillation?
LOL
