My acne go so bad to the point that I have stopped wearing makeup and gone about 3 months without it. I get cysts, but mainly pustules. I get about 5 new pustules each week and I need help controlling all of this. I have a great skincare routine and always stick to it. Besides that I REALLY need help getting rid of dark spots. Can PurCellin oil help? That's what I use.
I used Spectro Jel, because it was recommended by so many people for blemishes. I been using it for two weeks and have been breaking out into tiny bumps ALL over my face. I know it's the cleanser because it's the only thing I've changed in my skin care routine. How come products that are targeted for acne/blemishes break me out???

@fobbishme from what i know, your skincare products need to be water-based ALWAYS, because oil-based products ALWAYS cause acne.

i have probably hundreds of blackheads (ugh) and have done since i had acne (6) and i'm now 20 and still have acne.. ive been on accutane etc etc..
but anyway, i get rid of a blackhead, and it comes back the next day? is there any way to stop that?

Dr.S , I usually sleep on my face, could the pillow be the cause of my acne-- especially because I do laundry every two weeks (being a student, etc)
