  • I just stumbled across this vid, and though a few things bothered me about it, I enjoyed it over all. Great job with Poe. I always cringe when people try to "play" Poe. They always seem to overdo it. Your actor was quite good. It's a very interesting story, and though the historical innacuracies bothered me a bit, I'm not one to deny artistic license. Great vid.

  • Thanks very much! I'm glad you enjoyed it :)

  • I must enquire, is the voice E.A. Poe (as exhibited by the actor) the inherent vernacular of an early-19th century Bostonian, or merely for voice of the actor? I am rather curious, thank you.

  • I'm afraid I don't know whether or not it's at all accurate. The actor came up with it and it seemed to fit so we went with it.

  • I must enquire, is the voice of Poe (as exhibited by the actor) an attempt to reenact the vernacular of an early-19th century Bostonian, or is that simply the actors voice?

  • That was some of the best producing I've ever seen displayed in short film. Who is this Jacquline LaSorda? I would love to roll in the hay with her someday.

  • roll, roll! roll in zaa hay!

  • Very good movie, and you did a great job directing it....5 stars.

  • Thanks very much :)

  • That was great, the acting was no so good, but I enjoyed watching.

  • Is that true that Virginia had a lover ?

  • No, the lover (Reynolds) is Poe himself.

  • Oh, I see.

  • good job my friend
