@Zaxxon2008 They don't invest imoney, if the economy is so bad that they might LOSE their money in an investment; or if interest rates are so low that it isn't worth buying bonds etc.. Corporation and banks do hoard their money, that's what they have been doing in this recession.

if banks didn't invest their money, they couldn't pay the interest rates they have to pay for savings & checking accounts people have, or pay the interest rates on bonds they sell or have sold in the past

i was obviously being overly generic in labeling what BOTH corporations and banks invest in, but you should already know how limited space in replies on YouTube is. so generalization is necessary

@Zaxxon2008 Until recently there has been no inflation - which is typical of a bad recession - even with the increase in money supply. The real problem was deflation - housing prices were falling and banks (although full with cash) were unwilling to lend to consumers or to small business. The inflation we have now is the result of two things: business activity is picking up (globally) and the price of oil is rising.

banks arent unwilling to lend to those with good credit & businesses that are profitable. who in their right mind would lend to a business that needs the loan just to stay open? since the crash banks HAVE TO be more selective

the inflation we have now is not because "business is picking up" its because regulations have increased (thus increasing the COST of doing biz) and because we burn our food for fuel

Also, just an observation. Glenn doesn't own Gold line (at least not as far as you and I know) they're sponsors for his show. So the radio station/fox news, pay his salary based on sponsorships. Including Gold Line and various other companies. He's not the only one either. WATCH HIS SHOW. Then hate him after you're educated enough.

I wonder how many of the people that hate glenn actually watched the speech. To sum up the rally "Go to church, tithe, thank the heroes (military), and stand up for you liberties (i.e. vote)" He didn't say Obama's name a single time. His group of religious representatives included muslims, and the rally was much more of a church revival. I'm not watching these videos because I like the left. I watch them because I don't want to sound retarded when I disagree with something.

Glenn Beck isn't the perfect man, but he's a good man. He asks that we "agree to disagree" in order to work for a greater good. Think you could grasp that concept? There's even room for non-Mormans and atheists who can "get a clue." Logic, reason and facts is an excellent place to begin. Give it a shot.

@LondonBobby4 I'm from Earth and the the US became majority share holders in these car companies and they have paid us "the American people" back. The loans that we made to the banks, under President Obama, have been paid back, in fact we made some money on these. For the most part the stimulus gave tax breaks to "average" Americans. What no one on the Right sees, or wants to, is that they pay less taxes under Obama.
