The sniper vs sniper part is an obvious copy of the mission "Comrade Sniper" from Call of Duty 2, and this entire mission reminds of "All Ghillied Up" from Call of Duty 4. Really, CoD 2 and CoD 4 were the best Call of Duty's every created.

easily one of the easiest missions on Veteran. that sniper can certainly be a problem, but the rest is pretty much a piece of cake. why do so many people find killing general amsel so hard? snipe his body guard as soon as he leaves his cover, shoot amsel while he runs towards the next truck and shoot his foot while he's taking a break. :P i didn't even have to take care of all the other enemies.

I think the Mosin Nagant reloading scene is a little off. In Black Opps, people thought the reloading scene was wrong for the Mosin, due to the fact that Reznov used stripper clips to reload his rifle. This is the correct way to load it quickly. If you look at 13:45, the scope mount is offset, making a stripper clip reloading totally possible.

@Skrilladirty1 they burned the inside of the building, so only the inside of the wood is burned and hot. If you touch it, you get burned but since he grabs the outside of it to lift it off of you he will not get burned as it is not very hot.

Instead of using a Walter P38 pistol, the player can collect MP40s from dead Germans at the beginning of fountain sniping. However you have to get it quick before being spotted by armored patrols. Thus when you fight through the on fire building it would be easier to get through
