i love making sushi and have been for a few years now but whenever i try and make it with the rice on the outside i find that the rice is a bit too sticky and therefore it is hard to role on the clingfilm- i make the rice how it says on here- it's really frustrating!

I do these with sesame seeds on the outside. Taste delicious
