The LED marquee is a very nice touch. How about the occasional custom message like "I looked at the trap, Ray" or "Back off, man. I'm a scientist." Or who can forget that ol' classic, "I feel so *funky...*"
Ya know, there should be a way to get some lazers or something so that when it shines through smoke, it looks like proton beams...that would make my day...
Thanks for all the nice comments. Probably going to do this again this year. It's a lot of work to build it, but it's really been worth it. The blue lights really pierce the darkness, especially at a club. I think the key to any good Halloween costume is to incorporate light and sound as 99.9% of the crowd does not do that, so you really stand out.
Yes indeed it is. Lot of junk from the dollar store on these, but man did it work out well! We won first place at a private costume party in Omaha NE.
