Actually, he's got some great ideas. Relationship is important!! I always start with a warm friendly greeting, and even if I don't buy anything, I thank them and wish them a great day.

Here's how to REALLY bargain. 1st you can do it on any # of things. you have to be nice to the person, like he said about the relationship. and if i wanted to buy an xbox 360 and the owner said $150, and i only wanted to spend $75, i would offer around $40-$50 and the counter-offer would probably be somewhere around $75. offer less than you are willing to pay for the item ALWAYS. and you will pretty much get it. but this doesnt work if i said for the 360, 2 cents obviously. be reasonable. gl :)

know a guy who says he forms a relationship then mentions he just got out of the joint they usally take what he offers because they want him off the property lol i don t have enough nerve to try it
