Nope. It's precompiled.. all you do is find it, the mp3 and then edit them together. Sorry.

You can't. I record my screen with ScreenFlow and then you export to iMovie and edit and export from there.

I'm talking about how, at 18 seconds in, your able to make your video have "video within video!"....I'm very new to video editing and have been wondering how to do that for a long time....
