From one of the allkpop;s commenter explanation on the MV :

The doll is the present given by the barista/owner to Sung Yuri's character. Sung Yuri died in an accident one night (hence the crying over the phone call). The doll was always in the cafe after that incident, and he serves it coffee as if it was her. The cup was always full since a doll can't drink coffee. However one day the cup was empty, a sign that Sung Yuri was always there with him.

@julieetran the guy and the girl (yuri) used to work together in the cafe. they were very much in love and he gave her a porcelain doll and a necklace as a present. then one day the guy gets a phonecall about yuri dying (i think). ever since that phone call, the doll he gave her has her own seat in the cafe. he brings her coffee everyday until one day he breaks down realizing he won't be able to see her anymore
