Why the flute?:D This preludium was written in pleno = 8´, 4´,2´, Mixtur + Ped: 16´, 8´ and 4´, Posaune 16´ (+coupler).

Anche mia nonna potrebbe suonare Bach in questo modo: tagliando le parti piú difficili al pedale nel preludio, suonando come una macchinetta e facendo scena fintamente filologica. La registrazione del Preludio è poi completamente sbagliata, cosí come è molto imbecille usare combinazioni aggiustabili per un brano barocco. Imparate da Koopman, sciocchi.

non sono un organista, ma penso che werck dica che la registrazione sia sbagliata perchè il preludio, almeno per come lo intendo io (e parecchi altri) va suonato con il plenum al manuale e una bella ancia di 16' al pedale (e, per quel che mi riguarda, se si ha il 32' giusto per questo genere di letteratura, si può mettere anche quello).

Da Koopman, IMHO, per la musica organistica, c'è poco da imparare.

L'ho sentito alcuni anni fa ad un concerto: programma semplicemente penoso ed elementare.

Se si vogliono fare gare di velocità, allora va benissimo.

Hi. finally i found an organist who knows how to play Bach clearly! I heard a lot of organist playing Bach in a "killing" high speed tempo often in a church with a long acoustic. The result is a mess of notes. What you do is really Bach at his best: open, clear and well phrased. I hear music now. All notes have the value they earn. Very well done!
