@onexero1 In a way, see, Paul McGann could become one of three people: Ecclestone, Grant (Scream of the Shalka) or Atkinson. So, this is the universe where he regenerated into Rowan Atkinson, but the main universe is Ecclestone.

So this is sort of a parallel universe thing, but still happened, albeit in a completely different time-line. See 'The Gallifrey Chronicles" for more information.

Its really sad that rowan atkinson is recognized mainly known for mr bean by most people, when it was one of the most awful things he ever did. He really threw the reputation he made with Blackadder out of the window. Even Johnny English is better. Don't get me wrong mr bean is great, but Rowan Atkinson really destroyed his rep...
