you can c when calling ziggy on the river that he felt he might hav overplayed 2 crappy pairs. thats the only point im trying 2 make if ziggy bets more i feel ivey would have laid it down. yes - he did give ziggy a chance 2 bet on the river by checking not bcause it was a gr8 check but bcause he could b beat! it was very difficult 4 zig 2 bet the right amount and ivey just called him

@vulturejogasr - I don't think he was scared necesarrily. When playing a hand, you're not worried about if you have the best hand or not, you're worried about HOW TO MAKE MONEY with your hand. He did a good job of value betting the flop and turn, but by the river, you're only going to get called by a better hand, or raised off of your own hand by a bluff. Sahamies is very capable of a bluff (OBVIOUSLY) so he decided the best way to make money was to induce one. In my opinion.

I THINK...if zigmund had a set or two pair he would have re-raised on the flop..ivey put him on a drawing hand so he gave him bad pot odds to call on the turn...when ziigmund called the turn with only 2:! pot odds should have made ivey question whether or not he still had a drawing hand - what a gambling low percentage call by zigmund...i would really be thinking about checking the river at that point with this guy just calling me down...you only call with a drawing hand or the better hand..
