If you enchant all of it to Protection IV , the defensive power of it is incredible, since the only things you have to worry about is constant heavy damage( Instant damage Splash potions II ), or a VERY high fall, I'll add that the armor also becomes Indestructible at IV, until you throw it, or lose it.
