@xtenext The sad thing is that Death basically made a whole genre that no-one was allowed to sue because it would be 'copying' Death, there should be more old school death metal.
@LichKingSkullWart you said there should be more old school death metal, I'm saying there is a shit load out there....some of it is still underground...not really but you get my point, yes?
This wouldn't be an example of Old School Death Metal at all. Death's first 2 albums shapped the sound of Old School Death metal. It was Death's later work that ''influenced'' bands like Quo Vadis, Gory Blister, Sceptic, Illogicist etc. And this band;)
What I meant to was that Death shaped a genre that not many people explored so much because they feared they would copy them.
And as a connecting statement, I meant to have said there should be more bands that are similar to Old-school death metal, but without the newer elements (Not that I don't like them, I just prefer Old-School and the genre is full to the brim with bands).
@seehound619 I've had about ten comments on this one post. Literally all I said was that Chuck Created a Genre - And a sub genre. And that there should be more old-school death metal.
too good !

Influenced, doesn't mean they copy Death ;)

@PunksDeadEmoK1dsN3xt My comment must have been pretty poor!
