I presume they just don't go up that hallway, but that would be interesting, as the front half of the room is navigable.

yeah im sure they made it so that the AI of the boos prevent them from going into that hallway at all costs or something, im sure it would cause a really nasty glitch if it got there though

I dunno it'd probably just work like normal in the first half and if you went close enough to trigger the final boss cutscene it would be sticking around in the cutscene
