I think of course there is such a thing as online bullying! Yes, you can mute/ignore/delete and turn off and away from the abuse, but it's going to be there when you come back - especially as the internet allows anonymity, meaning that someone that has bullied you in some form, can assume another username/persona and continue. With the internet, you expose yourself to more people - most are anonymous, yes, but It just takes someone spiteful to find a 'chink in the armour'.
