You can't use the same settings damn it!!! The mid positioning of only bass and treble controls means mid scoop. And you hear it. Besides the sansamp needs compensation it doesn't have a real compensated speaker simulation frequency curve on its line out. It sits in the middle, to be able to drive both power amps or PAs. Sorry and thanks for the effort but this is not a comparison that means anythin.

Try it against the Tech21 PSA-1, I know it's a 1U rack mounted but that thing blows all these pedals away.
