Hi, no, the GA only removes cylinders from fixed positions buy to inprove eficiency it could be changed also positions and radious, to see details you can see my physics papers, thanks

The GA evolves the x,y coordinates of the posts? Are any other parameters under genetic control, such as post radius, number of posts, etc? Is fitness measured by looking at maximum wave amplitude during a fixed period of simulation time?
