@MGSFan09 Check out one of the Carmine Appice rock books. That helped me a lot. You kind of learn how to read music and the beats are far more challenging than the one on this video. You should be able to play what this guy did just by listening once you get some basic beats down.

you would tune it with a drumkey to get the sound ur looking for and make sure the sound goes around the drum on bottom and on top use a pillow to dampen 1 side to see what u got on 1 side then tune the other side or look it up I cant really explain it
