@MultiRatbu Totally league of their own. I think the idea and cult of witches, wiccan cult, is much, much closer to paganism and not gothic at all. It's just some of the gothic style, the dresses, the victorian horror scene with castles, cathedrals, graveyards that whole scene.. just tends to overlap with the wiccan scene. Dn't know I love both styles and all things pagan :P

Russian Balckthorn sounds a bit DARK and I love it. More credit should be given to Aina (singer/songwrriter) and Freya (keyboardist).

If you want something DARKER and more atmospheric, type the keywords "Blackest Orchid - Empty Graves" and "Blackest Orchid - Realm Of The Damned".

Blackest Orchid is a perfect blend of Dark Wave Music and influence of Somber Black Metal but mostly without the screams.

its quite good in fact! However, its Underground stuff, not like Nightwish sweethearts or anyother thing. Plus they're from RUSSIA, which have showing great talents to the world when come to Black/gothic metal in the late years! even if this is away soft for Black! Its just the first release right? No way to tell how their style will be in a few years, maybe they'll turn into comercial symphonic shit, or keep in the right track. we'll see. I'm getting this one too!

people seem to forget there are many types of satanism. Some believe there is not an actual entity of god or satan, but they are merely each of our feelings of right and wrong, which nobody can counter as they are yours alone. They see 'satan' as the temptation to do what they feel is wrong.
