You guys need to understand Frank is the only one in this video that's natural. He stopped juicing immediately after retiring because he hated it so much. He lost alot of weight and strength as a result of age and not being on steroids anymore. He looks like he weighs around 160-165 here.

I used to stay up to like 2am to watch Flex. I always wondered why they never really went all out. I'm sure they where taking it easy to prevent injury, but if they wanted this show to last and get higher ratings they should have really gone all out and made some friendly competition out of it.

Shorter guys will always have it easier in looking fuller and more densly muscled. Im 6ft with long limbs and its much harder ito pack dense muscle on.Not to say it cant be done since I have. In my opinion it looks much more impressive since every who sees U knows it didnt come easy unlike a short guy who will look stocky no matter what.

Lee is the best, in my opinion, but he's highly, highly underrated. He inspired me (and many others) to train, & I will always appreciate his physique & his attitude. Wait, I honestly thought those facial tatoos were drawn on for a shoot, as I only saw them is one photo set; He must plan on having a permanent career in entertainment.
