This is the fifth out of 10 videos about German Shepherds male protection service in SV BSZS 2009 BUNDESSIEGERZUCHTSCHAU in Ulm. We were taking videos during 7 hours from 9.30 till 16.30 and every video corresponds about 45 minutes of real time. We saw and took HD videos of 156 tests. I do love my dog and have put much time into training and have learned a lot. I tell people to research at least a year so they don't make the same mistake I did. Are you really impressed with the bitework at the show? Maybe I should post some footage of the dogs that ran off the feild during protection.

I bought my first German Shepherd 1 year ago without doing enough research. He is showline so everyone who asks me about him I tell them DO NOT EVER BUY A SHOWLINE GERMAN SHEPHERD unless you like oversized , overangulated dogs that can't work.period.

May be your opinion is based on the absence of "doing enough research" while buying your first German Shepherd. We bought our first German Shepherd (of show line) 12 years ago and he himself and all his children are working dogs with great bite ability - we love them all...
