We did finally go under, he lifted it up for us. The sirens were either for fog or the test for the first day of the month, we never did figure it out.

If you want to know those sirens are the tornado sirens test done on every first Wednesday of the month. Duluth's foghorn was dismantled in 2003 and has a much lower, longer, and less continuous sound.
