What would really make sense now would be for Nikon to release an AC powered projector that takes SD cards. It would have a similar interface to the Coolpix, but have a stronger lamp and perhaps stereo speakers. This would reduce issues of card-compatibility and the ease of setup on systems owned by others.

I dunno, maybe if you filmed something and want to show it to your friends straight away, just project it on a wall for them to see, rather than 5 people gathering around a 2 inch screen.
