Well, Jafar's at least got him beat as far as sheer power goes, Frollo's power was in his authority only.  I'll also say that Frollo is definitely more evil at in moviewatcher's eyes, I mean Jafar was villainous, but he's an extremely popular character.

@ForcheAlex I used to think that Frollo wasn't very powerful either, but then I rewatched the final battle between Quasi Moto and Frollo, and Frollo did some crazy stuff. At one point he blinds Quasi with his cape and then uses it to toss him off the edge. At another point he used that same cape to swing from ledge to ledge. So in my opinion Frollo is pretty dang skilled.

@G102Y5568 It is truly unreal. I actually love the HOND because of Frollo, he's such a realistic villain. Using the church as an excuse for coveting Esmeralda. It's deliciously disgusting.

They're both pretty slimy but I'd much rather prefer jafar rape to frollo rape.
