1. The train cannot move until it gets clearance from RPF causing a lot of inconvenience to other passengers.

2. There will have to be a police case and hearing in railway court resulting in unnecessary expense.

3. Kids parents/relatives are likely to harass railway officials for 'not taking suitable measures' to prevent accidents like this.
