mike ashley runs his own gym in ft lauderdale florida gym i use t owork out ther he looks the same solid as ever.He keeps his size and mosly work out at 4am in the morning so collins 355 this guy is not on steroids.he has the type of body like john cena (or sena)check guys like deram charles from the island of trinidad that guy pack on some ponds since he got here pure solid muscles.By he way ashley is a jamaican

I agree with you about Mike Francois. He was just about perfect. (Offseason 5'8 and 290 lbs., competed at about 260 -- 60 inch chest, 31 inch quads, yowza!) He stopped competing, ya know, because they had to take out a significant portion of intestinal tract. Very sad (but, unlike so many other bodybuilders, at least he's still alive!)

I strongly disagree. Mike Ashley was as close to perfect as you can get. The problem with bodybuilding today is that to much emphasis is placed on size and not shape, Francois lacked chest depth as so many of the modern "stars" do.
