Total (MESS) Duct Cleaning.

The 'technician' who 'cleaned' my ducts did a lousy job, he blew into the ducts after attaching a vacuum to the cold air return. He then offered to change the filter on my bypass furnace humidifier, I stupidly said ok. He proceeded to break the humidifier. I found out when a puddle began forming around the furnace. The company now says they will not do anything about it because he should'nt have touched the humidifier in the first place.
