I still think this is a strange idea, Ranma being a mother and all....but I hope you keep the show as innocent as it was. Like making it a prank or a hoax....just so I can watch this without being sick and ashamed, in the fetal position in the corner of my room crying tears of injustice.
I have never seen any fan creation, be it fanfic, fanart, or fanmanga, have this much work put into it. I am definitely looking forward to the finished project whenever it comes out. I'm not expecting too much outside it being entertaining.

If KJ is the one making the still images, he is the one animating, unless for some reason WJ is providing wire figures that KJ is tracing from, If this is the case, then WJ should take some of my advice instead, Even star wars dog fighting took its cues from preexisting WW2 movies. Either way I'm glad someone here is intelligent and thoughtful enough to not assume a typical art critique is some sort of vicious attack on anyones person. I look forward to seeing improvement.
KJ does the drawings. I throw them into Sony Vegas and line them all up in sequence. I pencil up a rough storyboard of a character for reference and KJ uses that as a guideline.
Well whoever does the animation frames and not just sketches key frames or story boards needs to do some real life practice to help pin down a more natural movement. it's really less work anyway because it means less going back and redoing a seen and the videos can be used as sort of virtual story boards. They did this in Jurassic park as well, using a model Tyrannosaurus to do almost all the actions in a moving story board to help the digital modeling crew animate.

It's supposed to be in colloerd "manga form" and the slight animation is more there as a bonus. I won't lie. My biggest worry is if the final animation can at least live up to the original series animation quality. I wouldn't expect better of course, but I worry that it'll end up being the sort of project that would've been better as a written fan fic where the reader could visualize the whole thing in their mind.
Please understand that I'm not saying it will fail. Just saying I worry a bit because I want this to success and my expectations are very high.
