This is Nascar Racing 2003 game for PC... It has pretty bad graphics but as a racing game it's better then any other NASCAR games released for PC. and WJRL is probably the most famous online racing league which us NR2003 to race online offcourse :)

Fired up fraps, started GPLCCM and Nascar Racing 2003 (with the OWR07 mod), and started recording. In the editing room, used already made Photoshop layers on top of edited video segments in Premiere. Save, convert to wmv, upload to youtube, watch lowres, pixalated results online.
