Uh...that's because he WAS purposely holding back at the beginning, only because he had to do the secret mission: knocking Zagi off the boat with over limit. He had to lure him precisely to the edge...
Good God I love Zagi. His character is so cool, the way he said "You're tough! Yes tough! You're definitely tough! I certainly won't forget that Yuri!" was just amazing and when he said he'd carve Yuri into pieces, freaking epic. I love all of his parts where he talks during the battle, he doesn't answer to what everyone else say, he just talks more about killing them.When he fell into the water and came out was funny too.Nice battle.
Easy way to knock him off is to stay close to him and let him attack your team while he's at the edge. Then Use Wolf Strike and when the uppercut hits use your OL. It will send him in.

B) I see they brough about the level up lines ala SO2/3; not the greatest idea (such lines are kinda cheesy usually; though Rita's was nicely nonchalant)
C) Well I think that healing skill saved Karol from the scrappy heap.
Wow. Now that Karol gets healing moves, I might just rethink about him... I'm liking the L4 as it stands, LL. As a whole, they put up a very good defense, but at the same time have just as much offense. Just gotta make sure you set them to the right strategy :D
I noticed that you changed the names of the Strategies. I do that too, but they're kinda nuts. Like, my healing one is often "OUCH!" and my Boss one is usually "SAVE MEE T.T"
